There was a chip on the driver door and the dealership offered to fix it. By the time that I took it in the vehicle had another scratch which the body shop fixed for free. I am very glad that I chose Fairway Chevrolet.
Your trucks are entirely too expensive for the working man,considering that most of your customers are working men.Five years ago you were bailed out of debt by taxpayer dollars,while the working man lost everything.
The Chevy team has been exceptional every time I come in, they always have an answer to any question I might have. This visit I was shocked on the great service I got and how fast they were able to resolve the issue I was having with my car.

a 2018 equinox the starter didn't engage the engine until at least five seconds after pushing the ignition. After contacting Fairway
Chevrolet's service department they informed me that the issue was normal in some of the new cars. I wasn't completely satisfied with the answer the service advisor gave me so I contacted Finley Chevrolet and talk to the servicing advisor there. He assured me that was not normal and he thought the problem could be the battery. I was impressed that they did show some compassion to my problem. The only reason I'm given a 10 on the survey is Brandon the sales person was very professional and kind and courteous. Simply put, a hard-working young man.
