Very pleased!!! Called for an appointment and they told us to come on in. Upon arriving to the service department they took our car right in. They said about two hours but had the car completed and ready to go in an hour. All employees were very personable and helpful.

The only thing I think your company needs is a hose that rings a bell inside your shop to notify you when someone arrives so they can be greeted as quickly as possible instead of having to go in and look for a representive to help you with your car.
It was oil change time and I also was hearing a sound and needed them to check it out to see if they could hear it. The gentleman who helped me was personable, made sure I had information I needed, and gave me updates on what they were doing to try and duplicate the sound. Good news is I haven't heard the sound since the oil change so who the heck knows! Thank you for being polite, and for not treating me like a woman who doesn't know about cars. It's always a good experience when I take my Acadia in. Otherwise I wouldn't drive across town for an oil change :)

The Salesman that I only know as JB was the utmost professional and one of the better experiences that I have encounter since buying from Fairway. Over the years I have purchased/leased several vehicles at least 4-5 and this process was for the most part quick and concise. Definitely to my liking. I've spent thousands on my vehicle to get back to life, yet a bell or a whistle keeps being missed, new engine, new transmission and now I have a leak. But it's not covered under warranty. Will not come back here again.

My nephew and I went into Fairway GMC about noon last Saturday and after some intense negotiating I drove off the lot in a new GMC Terrain. Overall it was a very pleasing, professional experience. We were treated well and got a good deal on a new vehicle.
Brandon was very helpful and friendly. He made sure we had the things in the car that we needed and took the time to explain the features to us. He showed us a couple cars we wanted to see, then got us the deal that worked best for us.
