This was my second oil change and everything went well. My only disappointment was that the sales rep asked me if I wanted my car washed and I said yes. When I went to pick up my car, it obviously wasn't washed. Regardless, I believe your service is great.
My previous survey explains why my vehicle was still at the dealer . On December 26 is when I was able to pick up my vehicle . The service manager I believe is his title Bruce he was very apologetic for what had happened to my vehicle for the workmanship that had been done . Bruce went up and beyond my expectations when I picked up my vehicle . What happened to my vehicle has absolutely nothing to do with Bruce . My whole idea is I bought a brand new vehicle. I trusted my vehicle with Fairway Chevrolet to have the work done and have it done properly . Which leads me to one of the questions I just answered . What I recommend Fairway Chevrolet to friends and family answer is no . My previous survey which I outline pretty much in detail I have not heard from anyone from the GMC Corporation . Please take me off your survey list .
I was very happy with the whole experience from the time I walked in the door to when I drove my new truck of the lot.Sal was very helpful and frendily he made me feel very comfortable as well as the manager.I would highly recommend Fairway to anyone who for a new or used car.
My passenger rear tire was completely flat with the doughnut on when I brought my Encore to Fairway the day after Christmas. I was immediately greeted and told my needs. Carlos, the service agent came and accessed the flat tire and provided my choice of a new tire. The Fairway shuttle brought me to my house. Carlos had my car washed and waiting for me after the new tire was installed and the doughnut was corrected stored.
Beings that vin #1665 was turned in 4 days after purchase due to breaking down 4 straight days. Your Dealership deserves 10 x 10 on taking care of the problem... someone needs to up date yo files 1665 was returned do to malfunction in electronic problem.... vin 1665 is no longer mine.
Hopefully someone fixed the problem before it was RESOLD!!!!
a couple of things,.I had fairway apply the spray in bed liner.it was lumpy,there was a scratch to the back of the truce just under the rear window and the tail gate guard at one conner was rough. fairway should get a new company for this project
the first person i dealt with. could not keep a time table that he set. as far as getting me an answer on my truck. then he wanted $ 120.00 more for the part than what i payed for it. the second person i dealt with was most helpful. even called to let me know the status of my truck. then told me about how long the repair would take. he was right on as far as a time table to fix it. it's a good thing i did not have to deal with the first person again.
