Confirmed Service Customer
I thought everything was fine. There were two areas that could be improved. I was told the oil change would take about 1 hour and it took over 2 hours. It is frustrating when the time is that off and in the negative direction. Additionally, I was surprised to walk out to the car and it had not been run through the car wash.

I like that they were fast and efficient with fixing the sensor on my truck. I do wish they had friendlier girls at the cashier every time I go they look miserable and like they're not happy to help.

My service advisor Haley Hawkins was great! She made sure my car was ready when i had to leave for work. Unfortunately, one of the issues was not taken care of. I have 2016 Buick Encore. Up to a few months ago I was able to receive text messages on my screen which would be read back to me. I was also able to voice call. The technician last week told Haley that my car was never equipped with that option. Obviously not true since it had been working fine when I got the car. I don't know if the system needs some kind of reboot or update. That is the info I expect your experts to know. I really need those options to work. It was an important feature when choosing my car. I would ultimately like to have the apple car play as I know it is available on the new models.

The Appointment schedule is a great service. being in and out within an hour of the time is fair and reasonable. if it goes beyond 2 hours for an oil change service then we have an issue.

Brought my car in a week later saw missing paint by the tail light it was so obvious that it was a mishap at the factory.took it to the service dept , yes the paint was repaired but they scuffed the plastic in the process on my bumper. Tried to explain that to my service writer Haley Hawkins and she said that was already there . Well I know for sure that it wasn't! Explained my concerns and she could not be bothered ! She was rude and said that happens else where ! Not true I inspect my car daily due to fact it cost so much !

Arrived looking for used vehicle. Carlos showed us a few and then pointed out all the incentives for a 2018. No pressure and he was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. Went to other dealers the next day and they upset me and wasted my time so I went straight back to Carlos. Sales manager Mathew was great too. Honest, no pressure, no sneaking other charges in on us.

Wasn’t happy with the service department, also the work wasn’t performed with expertise. Nor was my truck washed, had to ask were there was car wash to use close by, then the service rep - then said I could run it through your car wash ? I’m from out of state, would not use your service again ☹️
