My service writer Anthony Cervantes was great. He was clear and concise in communicating with me and the work was done very timely. I responded on question #2 with a 9, because I am waiting to find out if my "Service History" gets updated on MyGMC account. This is currently the only dealership that has not been able to do that out of the three dealerships that have done service on my truck.
