Called to make appointment and service rep said one is not needed, so drive in and no one greeted me outside. So i go in and tell Haley that i need an oil change and tire rotation. She askes me if i want a car wash. I said yes. She said car should be ready in about 50 min. 2 hours later, i called since i didn't get one to inform me my car was ready. I go pick up my car and the cashier tells me the price, (lower than what i expected), so i asked if they included a tire rotation, cause i did not get charged for it. She says, oh sometimes the tech will do it and not charge you for it. She asks if i want her to call the tech, i said, don't worry about it. I pay for my oil change and go to my car. There was no car wash. I start up my car, the oil level indicator still reads low, oil indicator was not reset. The sticker the tech places on windshield was lying on the floor. Non of the fluids were topped off, my winshield wiper fluid is empty. This by far has been the worst experience ever. I wi never give thus dealership another penny in business
