I began calling dealerships approximately 2 months ago. I wanted a 2019 or 2020 Ram 1500 Limited due to the luxury interior. I was not sure nor had I decided on a vehicle. I called and spoke with Sylvia at least 4 times in the last 2 months. I asked her about other makes, other models other vehicles than Chevy or GMC and she just answered my questions and if she did not have the answer, she went and got it. Multiple dealerships that I called did not have 1 sales person that would do that. When I called, if I had an inquiry about any other make vehicle, I was instructed to call a different dealership. In my conversations with Sylvia, I was able to deduce that the RAM had superior interior cab luxury that appealed to me, however, the recall and issues with the EcoDiesel was a huge issue even if a recall was to fix the problem. Sylvia not only provided me with information regarding the other vehicles I was considering, she gave me reference sites where I was able to read about those other makes and models such as consumer testing sites and so on. Not one time did Sylvia promote a superior vehicle to the RAM, she simply gave me the information and let me decide. Sylvia's attention to me and her taking the time over 2 months to answer numerous questions was invaluable to this significant investment I was making. Her customer service skills are very old fashioned, strong and exhibit how much that skill set is lacking in today's world. I would highly recommend Sylvia to anyone because of how she handles the "undecided" factor of purchasing vehicles. Sylvia also did considerable follow up with me after the vehicle was purchased and made sure she was available after the purchase was completed.
