Our Reviews
Horrible service! 9 hour wait for front brakes and a oil change come on now! I was one of the first people there, I was the last one to get my truck back ... and only one left waiting in the wait area.
Would rate it a 0!! Worst Experience ever! I came in I tried to get a trade in offer for my Malibu. I bought my Malibu from Fairway. I wanted an SUV. James came by and was helping me out with the appraise process on my car. I was really upset when he came and told me the value of my car it was low. When I got the car it had 71k miles now it has 76k miles it wasn’t over the 80k mark James was giving me a lecture how cars with 80k miles value goes down on diesel trucks over 90k miles are worth more. Which was ridiculous, His colleague had to step in which was unnecessary I was hoping to see a General Manager. My keys were held hostage never gave them back to me which ticked me off. I know my cars value is more than the offer he gave me. I did research myself I saw the same car but with more miles than mines but was priced high. I don’t even know why I bought a car from here in the first place when I could’ve gone and bought a car from another dealership here in town. But I didn’t do that since I wanted a Chevy. Fairway Chevrolet sent me a Letter stating they would give me above market offer for my car which is a scam!! Don’t believe what this dealership sends you.
Well I took my Chevy bolt to fairway Chevrolet never going there before. I always use Team Chevrolet but every time I call Team Chevrolet they give me the same old story that they only have one mechanic that does electric cars and hybrids and he's backed up a lot. But I got to give him credit because last time I went there I was in and out in one day so that was a big help but this time they said they were very busy. So I thought I'd give fairway Chevrolet a try. I called their service department and spoke to a gentleman called Jason seemed very nice told me to bring the car in and then take a look at it. So I brought the car in they took a look at it within 2 hours I had an answer back actually I think it was less than that because they were driving me home when I got the answer back. Anyway he told me what the problem was and that I would have to wait one day for the part to come in. Even though it's the only car we own in our family I told him yes I'll leave the car there. He called me the next day in the afternoon and told me the car was fixed and working perfectly. Also I forgot to mention that they gave me a complimentary ride from fairway to my home and again from my home back to fairway to pick up my car. that was very kind of them since I live about 20 miles from them. That's what I call service that's a company that's going to be getting my business. Nothing but stars for them five of them. Jason I'll have to tell you was a very excellent service representative and the mechanic I wish I knew his name hats off to you too for fixing my Bolt I'm back on the road and I'm back in business.
Don’t waste your time here if you have an older car. I called their service center and explained to them that my car has an issue that my regular mechanic is having a problem diagnosing. He and his team have been trying to solve the problem for several weeks and finally decided that there may be a malfunction in the computer or in a sensor that their equipment is unable to diagnose. They referred me to Fairway because they have had good dealings with them in the past and it was close to their shop. The service person that I spoke with told me that they charge a $365 diagnostic fee and that they may not be able to complete necessary repairs if they didn’t have the parts available due to the age of my car. (It’s a 2005 Impala) I told her that was fine. I just really needed the diagnostic and that I would take it back to my regular mechanic if Fairway wasn’t able to do the repairs. So she told me to go ahead and bring the car in. I picked the car up from my mechanic and drove it to Fairway. When I arrived the check engine light was still off from when the mechanic reset it, but I had a list of the codes that had shown up during the time that we had been trying to fix it. The service person went out to my car to “gather information”. When she came back in, she told me that she had to speak to her manager. When she came back from the manager, she told me that the check engine light was not on and that nothing on the DTC Report that she gave me had anything to do with the codes we had shown her. She then told me that they couldn’t help me because their diagnostic person was out sick and they didn’t know when or if he would be back. So I asked if there was someone else that could run the diagnostic. She told me that she had and that that was the report she gave me. So either she was lying about the diagnostic person or they were going to charge me $365 for what took her 2 minutes to do when she went out to the car. Before I left, I asked if she could at least refer me to a different dealership. She said no. So I ended up driving my car home, worrying the whole way that it was going to break down before I got there. The check engine light came on and began flashing before I got there just as it has been doing. I would give them a zero rating if I could.
Full service & nothing reset for fuel filter, air filter and tire pressures not checked even though I requested it.
Very satisfied with my new car purchase. Transaction at Fairway Chevrolet, October 2024, was flawless. Sales associates Jose Sandoval and Daniel Ibarra were knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant. Highly recommended for any Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac or GMC purchase. Ten out of ten stars for Mr Sandoval and Mr Ibarra
I sincerely love this experience with FCBG, and with someone like Carlos Flores helping us out to make sure we get what we were wanting was pretty easy and flowing. Great experience here.
Bait and switch. Scheduled test drive 2 weeks in advance and the vehicle wasn’t there. Tried to up sale to a vehicle $15000 more than the one I scheduled the test drive for. Sonie Megia’s customer service was the only reason I stay to purchase a vehicle with Fairway.
I purchased a used truck from this dealership on June 17th and I have had nothing but issues with the truck. It has been in the shop for a leaking windshield cleaner tank, no rear night running lights, my radio turns it self off and on at random times. I drove the truck maybe 2000 miles and I already need to replace what was told me brand new brakes. On top of the problems with the truck when we were in the dealership purchasing the vehicle they were playing their music so load I couldn’t have a conversation with the sales person or my bank. When asked to turn the music down I was greeted with a rude response saying so you can have a personal call. My response was no it is to my bank so I can get you a down payment. Also they extended warranty is a phone number you have another dealership call so they don’t have to give you any information about the warranty. All said and done I would recommend you to go else where to purchase a vehicle.
Bought a car from them and almost a week after having it had a dead battery, camshaft issues. I was told it had a 30 day warranty and I can't get anyone to call me back to help get it fixed. Don't work with Jeff Anderson (GSM), Carlos V (GSM) or Armando (Sales) as they won't call you back.
I brought my car in for service 1st took close to 2 weeks to be worked on. 2nd Of course they found a high priced issue that needed service. Okay, my bill was paid however I had to bring my vehicle back 2-3 additional times to have the same issue re Worked. I think this place is Ran by Amos and Andy. Now since having my original issue corrected my vehicle isn’t running the same. I contacted them only to be told that an addition cost would be needed to see what’s going on. Mind you I just paid $2150.00. And I would like to add the unprofessional staff at this facility. If You want the Vegas Runaround this is definitely the place.
I took my vehicle for a oil change, brake & rear differential oil change too. Services were performed as requested however care for my property was not present upon the delivery of my vehicle. Upon inspection did notice stains on my powder coated wheels, at that time simply thought they would come off upon taking it to wash it but didn’t come off. I reached out to Ashley the service advisor the same day whom promptly responded and made it clear they would make it right that the technician was at fault. After E-Mailing back and forth regarding me not wanting anyone driving my vehicle to or from anywhere especially outside the dealership. Also my vehicle is prone to theft, can’t leave the vehicle without protecting the fob’s frequency from being captured. They went above and beyond to make sure; I would get a vehicle to drive because mine would be a shop for a few days, it takes days to strip the powder coat and a day to powder coat them again. The dealership lend me a loan vehicle free of charge to drive meanwhile mine was at the shop. The brake oil was sprayed/spilled on the wheels all 4, all 4 had to be stripped and powder coated. The process was smooth; I thank Ashley & Virginia for being there assisting me with the issue; I had to which they corrected and didn’t hesitate going above and beyond for me. It was a headache but wasn’t too much of a headache because; Ashley & Virginia dropped off the loan vehicle at the shop and then dropped me off at the shop after; I had dropped off the loan vehicle at the dealership when my vehicle was finished. I am happy with the services and the help with the issue; I had to which was free of charge. The property damage was corrected and it won’t stop me from seeking further services from the dealership. I bought the vehicle there and have been going there since; I bought it back in Feb2017 since then; I have taken it there for oil changes among other services. Apologies for the long narrative Thank you Ashley & Virginia for your patience with me
Service gave back my brand new Denali in pieces. Dropped it off of course on a hot day, 109 degrees out. They couldn't fix it when promised so I said I would pick it up and bring it back. When they brought it to me the dashboard was still taken apart and the pieces on my front passenger seat. Service Manager said he would make things right. He never did. This was one of three vehicles I purchased from them in a few months. So much for taking care of repeat customers spending over $200k.
Jose did amazing. He walked us through the buying process and got us an amazing deal.
I LOVE ❤️ your dealership. They always give an estimate of time & money, it's just the money that is so much, as I'm on a fixed income. I could also really use a Senior Discount, coupons, etc. that could help defray the costs of services/labor. But I'm very grateful to your service personnel (Cera Oakley) as when something is done, it gives me peace of mind that it's been done correctly.
It was a very pleasant experience working with Judith for the purchase of my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. I would highly recommend both Judith and Fairway Chevrolet.
Cera Oakley, Service Representative, was wonderful. She quickly evaluated the service needed by my newly purchase used Tahoe. The vehicle was received for service and returned sooner than promised within the quoted price. Outstanding and honest service.
Used Car Saleman Jamire A. Davis was dishonest in the purchase of my 2015 Tahoe. He informed me the vehicle was inspected "twice" for defects prior to my purchase. It took over a week to close the deal, but Davis "DID NOT" disclose the vehicle had a broken engine mount and bad rear air shock. The inspection report was the "VERY LAST" document he presented after the deal was financed and closed. This information should have been disclosed when asked about the condition of the vehicle. The deal had been concluded, so I drove the vehicle from the sales lot directly to the service department and paid for the replacement of the engine mount. The replacement of the air shock was completed outside the dealership. One star is an over rating for Saleman Davis!
Very dishonest dealer. I contacted them about a new car and discussed the vehicle that they had in stock. Once I told them I had a discount code....as a GM supplier they did not want to sell me a car. They only want to sell at or above MSRP.
John O’Neil who handles the Fleet Department sales goes above and beyond for his clients! I was in jam this AM with one of our new trucks and he was able to get us situated and back on the road in a couple hours. Customer service like this is what keeps me coming back to the Isuzu team!
They warned me a car I was interested in had some issues. They could have said nothing. I think they pulled it out of their inventory and did what was right yet again.
I have dealt with Dan Gough many times over the years. He always goes above and beyond to make the transaction go smooth. Sometimes things are out of his control but he always tries to make it right. I would continue to buy from him.
Took them 9 days to post pics of this car on the internet, and then the pics weren’t very good. Carlos was very nice, but they hadn’t sold out of state (baffling to me) so that took way to long.
Very disappointed with the service. After doing research on the web, I found a vehicle advertise for a decent price. When I reach the dealership, I was notified that the vehicle had already been sold. The sales person showed me a similar vehicle with 3000 less miles but a price increase of $2500. Since we did not agree on a price that I thought was suitable for the vehicle, I stepped out and walked away. Two days later I received a text from the sales person, asking if I was still interested in purchasing a vehicle to which I responded yes and the conversation went dry after that text. A day or so afterwards I go online and find the same vehicle they were selling me for a higher price was now advertised at $1000 less than what the original vehicle I went to see was advertised for. I decided to give the dealership a second chance I reached out online was texting a representative, but they could not confirm that that vehicle was in stock after being online for about 30 minutes. The next day I went to the dealership to inquire about the vehicle went up to a sales person, and said that I was interested in that specific stock number, after research they were not able to locate the vehicle again and just said the vehicle was sold two days prior. Now the sales person was trying to put me into another vehicle, the same model once again at a higher sales price. Two different times a vehicle they show online ended up being “sold”
After i wouldnt agree to the deal the sales men isulted me. when i told him to lose my number because of his rudeness he said and i quote " Dont worry about it ill make sure to kill this deal" so i couldnt even work with a differnt sales person. I have been buying cars for years in this valley and never have i had such a hostile sales person as i had at Fairway Chevrolet. I hope the managment team reviews the employees text messages because in all in writing. i would give 0 stars if it would allow me.
