Needed help with registration paperwork after a purchase on Nov 5th. I’ve tried contacting staff during business hours and can’t find anyone willing to take my call. I’ve left several messages with finance staff and title person and have not gotten a single call back. Seems that they don’t care about helping customers after closing a sale. Seems like a used car lot not a Chevrolet dealership. Took my truck in due to the CarPlay not working they did a update then I brought my truck back due to still having issues then they told me that they replaced the radio and I’m still having issues with the CarPlay I could be talking on the phone through the truck and it just disconnects still having an issue.
Absolutely terrible experience. Bought a brand-new Chevy Blazer with a known defect. No transparency, poor communication, and the car’s been at the dealership for weeks with no clear repair timeline. Staff was dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel like an inconvenience. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
Horrible service! 9 hour wait for front brakes and a oil change come on now! I was one of the first people there, I was the last one to get my truck back ... and only one left waiting in the wait area.

Don’t waste your time here if you have an older car.
I called their service center and explained to them that my car has an issue that my regular mechanic is having a problem diagnosing. He and his team have been trying to solve the problem for several weeks and finally decided that there may be a malfunction in the computer or in a sensor that their equipment is unable to diagnose. They referred me to Fairway because they have had good dealings with them in the past and it was close to their shop.

Very satisfied with my new car purchase. Transaction at Fairway Chevrolet, October 2024, was flawless. Sales associates Jose Sandoval and Daniel Ibarra were knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant. Bait and switch. Scheduled test drive 2 weeks in advance and the vehicle wasn’t there. Tried to up sale to a vehicle $15000 more than the one I scheduled the test drive for. Sonie Megia’s customer service was the only reason I stay to purchase a vehicle with Fairway.
I purchased a used truck from this dealership on June 17th and I have had nothing but issues with the truck. It has been in the shop for a leaking windshield cleaner tank, no rear night running lights, my radio turns it self off and on at random times. I drove the truck maybe 2000 miles and I already need to replace what was told me brand new brakes. Bought a car from them and almost a week after having it had a dead battery, camshaft issues. I was told it had a 30 day warranty and I can't get anyone to call me back to help get it fixed. Don't work with Jeff Anderson (GSM), Carlos V (GSM) or Armando (Sales) as they won't call you back.
I brought my car in for service 1st took close to 2 weeks to be worked on. 2nd Of course they found a high priced issue that needed service. Okay, my bill was paid however I had to bring my vehicle back 2-3 additional times to have the same issue re Worked. I think this place is Ran by Amos and Andy. Now since having my original issue corrected my vehicle isn’t running the same. I contacted them only to be told that an addition cost would be needed to see what’s going on. I took my vehicle for a oil change, brake & rear differential oil change too. Services were performed as requested however care for my property was not present upon the delivery of my vehicle. Upon inspection did notice stains on my powder coated wheels, at that time simply thought they would come off upon taking it to wash it but didn’t come off. Service gave back my brand new Denali in pieces. Dropped it off of course on a hot day, 109 degrees out. They couldn't fix it when promised so I said I would pick it up and bring it back. When they brought it to me the dashboard was still taken apart and the pieces on my front passenger seat. Service Manager said he would make things right. He never did. This was one of three vehicles I purchased from them in a few months. So much for taking care of repeat customers spending over $200k.
Jose did amazing. He walked us through the buying process and got us an amazing deal.
I LOVE ❤️ your dealership. They always give an estimate of time & money, it's just the money that is so much, as I'm on a fixed income. I could also really use a Senior Discount, coupons, etc. that could help defray the costs of services/labor. But I'm very grateful to your service personnel (Cera Oakley) as when something is done, it gives me peace of mind that it's been done correctly.

Used Car Saleman Jamire A. Davis was dishonest in the purchase of my 2015 Tahoe. He informed me the vehicle was inspected "twice" for defects prior to my purchase. It took over a week to close the deal, but Davis "DID NOT" disclose the vehicle had a broken engine mount and bad rear air shock. The inspection report was the "VERY LAST" document he presented after the deal was financed and closed.

Very dishonest dealer. I contacted them about a new car and discussed the vehicle that they had in stock. Once I told them I had a discount code....as a GM supplier they did not want to sell me a car. They only want to sell at or above MSRP.
John O’Neil who handles the Fleet Department sales goes above and beyond for his clients! I was in jam this AM with one of our new trucks and he was able to get us situated and back on the road in a couple hours. Customer service like this is what keeps me coming back to the Isuzu team!
They warned me a car I was interested in had some issues. They could have said nothing. I think they pulled it out of their inventory and did what was right yet again.
I have dealt with Dan Gough many times over the years. He always goes above and beyond to make the transaction go smooth. Sometimes things are out of his control but he always tries to make it right. I would continue to buy from him.
Took them 9 days to post pics of this car on the internet, and then the pics weren’t very good. Carlos was very nice, but they hadn’t sold out of state (baffling to me) so that took way to long.
Very disappointed with the service. After doing research on the web, I found a vehicle advertise for a decent price. Looking to change this 1 to a 5 star hopefully after Monday when my next appointment is. It's a 1 now because I still haven't heard back from the Service Manager Martin after leaving both email and voice-mails. Not shocked. Virginia is always helpful but she is constantly doing damage control. This dealership is operated without a General Manager so that may be part of the issue.
Bring the car here at service department for them to check the excessive rear end play of my Dad’s 2022 GMC Canyon. On 6-8-22 my check engine light came on 2012 chevy surburban,. I went to auto zone and was giving code P0307. Why schedule oil change appointment and be told upon arrival 15 minutes early, the wait time is 2 hours????
I negotiated a deal in writing on a new vehicle that was in transit. Estimated to arrive December 24 th. The truck took longer to arrive, over 2 months, but the general manager honored the original trade in value offer. I was treated fairly.
Mark the fleet guy worst customer service ever and lies, Scott the guy behind him all bad guy claims to be a manager but when it’s time to manage and show customers service he is far form it, stay away form there service department these two guys seem to think they know it all, and if you disagree with what they say all they have no problem to treat you like you don’t matter.
Excellent staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. We are shopping around to make sure theis is the vehicle we want to purchase, but will definitely keep this dealership in mind.
Looked at a truck out here never gave my permission to run a credit check was only looking and they pulled my credit without any of my information except for my name an email

I made an appointment several days ago for service today. I showed up on time and the service writer said it will be 2-3 days before they can look at my vehicle. This makes having an appointment a complete joke. We left and are not returning.
This dealership corrected a mistake on sales price and worked everything out for me which I am grateful. I would reccomend them to anyone. All of the support employees are great to work with as well.
I bought a 2017 Nissan Truck in April 2021, it is now August 16th. I have never received the title. I called DMV Carson city. they told me it has never been received. Fairway Chevy will not return my calls. My Lien Holder is very upset, I have received tickets for no plates or registration. But have paid for the title transfer. This is the worst service I have ever received from any dealership.
At one time they had a good service dept but not anymore. We went there because of what we heard but what a lie. We had a 11:00. Appointment and 3 hours latter they’ve not touch the vehicle. Terrible service and don’t yank your Chevy gmc or any vehicle for service. I spoke with other customers and they stated the same. Never agsin
WEnt to Fairway Chevy to have AC inspected. Said I needed a new ac compressor. The advisor said they had parts in stock. I got the bill and it was $1740 dollars but only $319 for the part. It was $1343 in labor. It equates to $223 an hour for the 5-6 hours it took. The customer service lady said they used a book to find out how long it should take then billed a flat rate for 8 hours when it only took half the time.No labor rates posted in service area. I wasn’t told about multiple charges on my account until the work was performed. Service wasn’t informative at all. My car was kept for over a week, I had to continue to check on the status of my car repairs instead of the service rep calling me.
Absolutely disappointed,made a deal for a vehicle my children and I test drove on Friday and fell in love with. Already pre-approved through my bank for finance, they did not have to do anything. the day after our deal I contacted them to certify the check and they sold the car and didn’t even bother to tell me. If they couldn’t hold the vehicle they shouldn’t have said that they would. I understand business but be up front. I wouldn’t have been disappointed.

Carlos is a very bad finance manager. He had me fly in from Los Angeles, informed his sales rep, Micah, that I was approved and I could fly in and pick up the car I was purchasing and to make sure I bring the remainder of my down payment for the car I was purchasing.

I recently purchased a 2019 Tahoe and had an amazing experience from the sales team, especially Jose Sandoval. He helped us get a great deal. The only issue with the whole process was the poor experience with the finance team. I am a repeat customer, and I have never had an issue until now.
Vehicle was sold as having 2 keys. One key works. Other key is for a different vehicle. Want to be reimbursed for cost of 2nd key. Had to file a BBB complaint before they bothered to do anything.
Went in to fairway for oil change. Had a tail light out. The bulb was 4.26. They charged me 40.50 to put it in. What a rip off. I would not recommend them. Had a screw loose to spoiler. They wanted to charge 270.00 to fix. Won't be going back there. It's really sad what they do to people. If you want to be ripped off. Go to fairway Chevrolet.
